Project Manager – M&E / Capital ProjectsCentral London £65,000–£73,000 20% Bonus £5k Car AllowanceWe have an exciting opportunity, with a leading Facilities Management business that is expanding its Projects team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong M&E background who enjoys being more than just a delivery Project Manager. You'll be working across the full project lifecycle, from understanding the client's requirements and developing the solution, through to pricing, delivery, stakeholder management and commercial performance.
The RoleYou'll be working across an impressive portfolio of Central London commercial offices and towers, delivering a varied programme of M&E and refurbishment projects.
The work will predominantly include:
M&E plant replacement and upgrades
Lifecycle and capital works
Mechanical and electrical upgrades
Commercial office refurbishment and fit-out
Working within live and occupied buildings
Managing contractors, consultants and supply chain
Client and stakeholder management
Programme, budget and risk management
Procurement and commercial management
Commissioning and handoverWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone with a strong track record of delivering M&E projects within commercial environments, ideally with experience across plant replacement, upgrades and/or office fit-out.
You'll need to be comfortable:
Taking ownership of projects from concept to handover within a Main Contractor environment
Knowledge of JCT / NEC Contracts
Managing multiple stakeholders and contractors
Understanding the technical M&E requirements of a project
Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
Working in live, occupied environments
Identifying opportunities and supporting additional work
Representing the business confidently with clientsWe're open to someone at Project Manager through to Senior Project Manager level, depending on experience.

£65,000–£73,000 basic salary
20% annual bonus
