This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where quality, precision, and attention to detail are paramount, and where your technical joinery knowledge will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of every project.

If you understand the complexities of manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery products and enjoy managing projects from concept through to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

This role requires someone who can confidently manage the full project lifecycle and bring a strong understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes, materials, technical drawings, and installation requirements.

* Coordinate manufacturing schedules and workshop production activities

* Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design details

* Work closely with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams

* Oversee workshop and installation teams to ensure outstanding quality standards

* Plan resources, materials, and project timelines effectively

* Conduct site visits across London, the South East, and occasionally nationwide

* Identify and resolve technical, production, and installation challenges

* Monitor project budgets, quality standards, and programme performance

* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements

* A strong background in joinery manufacturing, carpentry, cabinet making, or bespoke woodworking

* Excellent understanding of bespoke joinery products and production processes

* Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

* Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar technical design software

* Strong organisational and project planning skills

* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail

* A full UK driving licence (preferred)

What's in It for You?

* Salary up to £50,000

* Excellent benefits package

* Opportunity to work on prestigious, high-end bespoke joinery and interior projects

* Long-term career progression within a growing and successful business

* Join a collaborative team of skilled craftspeople and industry specialists
