The project involves the refurbishment and conversion of an existing residential space together with the construction of a new basement and an extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the project through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee programme management and project planning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients  and subcontractors.

Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and compliance are maintained at all times.

Chair progress meetings and provide regular project updates to Directors.

The successful Project Manager taking overall responsibility for the refurbishment and extension works, while coordinating the basement contractor to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and within budget
