Duration: 12 months
Location: Warwick/ Hybrid (twice per week in the office)

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in Warwick on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months. If you have a passion for stakeholder management and driving change, this role is perfect for you!
As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Maintenance Roadmap Programme Manager in enhancing maintenance. You will be responsible for creating workstream scoping documents, plans, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that each workstream has governance and project reporting in place, allowing for regular reporting and traceability of activities. Managing RAID reporting and engaging with stakeholders will also be key aspects of your role.
Your mission will be to provide project management expertise in transitioning the identified workstreams through Proof of Concept into full implementation. You will collaborate with the Programme Manager in managing internal stakeholders and aligning independent change initiatives with the programme's roadmap. By embedding change within different user groups and ensuring that each workstream's plan includes the necessary foundations for successful delivery, you will set the programme and workstreams up for success.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Project Manager. An understanding of project management within a regulated business and experience in Business Case development would be great additions to your skillset.
