Otis is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and delivery of volume installation and construction projects across the London territory, reporting to the Operations Manager.
On a typical day, you will:
* Lead projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring clear project objectives and effective execution.
* Oversee the installation of equipment and monitor progress across project sites.
* Coordinate with key stakeholders, including customers, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Work closely with the wider project team to identify and mitigate safety, quality, ethical and operational risks.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, engineering support and project profitability.
* Manage and monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring high standards of safety, quality and service delivery.
What you will need to be successful:
* Previous project management experience within the lift/elevator, construction or building services industry.
* Strong knowledge of installation and construction environments.
* A strong commitment to health and safety.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Strong organisational, IT and commercial skills.
* A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, although relevant industry experience will also be considered.
