Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Lead and support a team of Site Managers, ensuring effective site management and delivery.

Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and resources to maintain programme efficiency.

Ensure all works are delivered in line with health and safety legislation, quality standards and contractual requirements.

Monitor project costs, budgets and performance, identifying and managing any risks or issues.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, residents and supply chain partners.

Drive high standards of workmanship, customer service and resident satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager who has a proven track record of delivering construction or refurbishment projects, ideally within social housing, retrofit or regeneration.

You will be confident managing programmes, leading site teams and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

Essential requirements:

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Valid CSCS Black Manager Card.

Proven experience in a Project Management role within construction.

Experience managing Site Managers and subcontractor teams.

Strong planning, programming and organisational skills.

A good understanding of health and safety, quality and commercial project delivery.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience with social housing, external wall insulation, solar installations, energy-efficiency improvements or wider retrofit programmes would be highly advantageous.

What's on Offer?

Competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000, depending on experience.

Additional benefits and package.

The opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong pipeline of work.

The chance to lead meaningful projects that improve homes, communities and the environment.

A varied role with real responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

If you're an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you
