Description:
I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor based out of the South of England. They are looking to on-board a Project Manager to deliver a new civil package being delivered for a valued client in the capital. The scope of works being delivered will include enabling works, piling, temporary works and excavations.
Project manager responsibilities:
* Managing and co-coordinating the delivery of the project.
* Management of works - allocating staff and sub-contractors to tasks.
* Producing project plans and programmes.
* Attending and holding site meetings.
* Liaising with the client and sub-contractors on site.
* Managing health and safety, QC and QA.
* Producing RAMS.
* Recording keeping.
Project manager requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* Black CSCS card.
* SMSTS.
* First aid.
* TWS.
* Previous project management experience (8 years).
* Strong communication skills.
* Previous experience with temporary works.
* Previous experience with enabling works.
* IT literate.
