Project Manager

Description:

A large social housing regeneration group are looking to recruit a Project Manager to manage a high rise social housing refurbishment project in South Birmingham,West Midlands

The role:
As an experienced Project Manager you will have overall responsibility for running the high rise refurbishment housing project.(Internal/external )
You will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Project Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Company:
Part of a larger construction group they are leading provider of regeneration services in the UK. They design, build, refurbish and regenerate communities completing refurbishment, repairs and maintenance and housing development.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Project Manager,Senior Site Manager or Manager in a similar high rise refurbishment social house building environment on refurb or decent homes, kitchens and bathroom refurbishment projects. Experience with EWI would be useful.
It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness qualification, IT skills as well as a driving licence.
