Project Manager (Part-time) - Property Refurbishment
Halt Estates is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Herne Hill, South East London. The project involves a substantial property currently segmented into three flats. These flats are set to be completely gutted and refitted to meet contemporary standards.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and collaborate with contractors to ensure the project is executed efficiently and on schedule.
* Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, with a particular focus on fire safety and insulation standards.
* Liaise with the building inspector to guarantee all refurbishments meet legal requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in managing refurbishment projects.
