Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful construction of car park projects across the South of England. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and budgeting to resource allocation and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage multiple car park projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.

* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

* Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

* Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

* Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as needed to minimise impact on project deliverables.

* Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among project team members.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

* Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.

* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate project teams.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel across the South of England to project locations as required.
