As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to help deliver customer projects while driving improvements across operations and project delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced SME environment, managing multiple projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership from project initiation through to completion.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing multiple customer-facing and internal projects from initiation through to delivery
* Coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Procurement and Finance
* Managing project plans, risks, actions, milestones and stakeholder communications
* Supporting customer meetings, reporting and project updates
* Driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes and systems
* Supporting ERP implementation and wider operational improvement initiatives
* Working within a regulated quality environment and contributing towards future quality system development
What we're looking for:
* Around 5-7 years' project management experience within engineering, manufacturing, scientific, MedTech or another technical environment
* Experience delivering complex technical products or projects
* Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
* A structured approach to project planning, risk management and problem solving
* Someone who's organised, proactive and enjoys improving processes
* Project management qualifications (APM, PRINCE2 or PMP) or an engineering/science degree would be advantageous but aren't essential
Why apply?
