Do you have Project Manager experience, and are you seeking a new contract in the Oxfordshire area? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for a full-time Project Manager, and the role that initially comes with an attractive contract rate and may convert to a permanent role at the end of the year.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive operational project management support to the leadership team.
In your first few weeks in this Project Manager role, you can expect to:
Hold business stakeholders to the strategic roadmap, project objectives and project timelines
Coordinate with the team and supporting services to ensure timely execution of project deliverables and adherence to quality standards
Report on project deliverables and milestones in status meetings, steering committee meetings and board updates

Proven experience in project management roles, preferably within technology, engineering or consulting sectors
An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation
Ability to adapt to changes quickly, capable to pivot and focus on competing initiatives, as well as manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Plan and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared in advance
Identify opportunities to improve existing PMO approaches, policies, procedures and standards
