Construction Project Manager
Location: London & South East (First Project: Reading)
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 DOE
THE OPPORTUNITY
CPXR is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join an established construction interiors business delivering projects predominantly across London and the South East.
The first project is based in Reading, with further work potentially available across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in dry lining, ceilings, joinery or interior fit-out.
The role offers a permanent position with the flexibility to work PAYE or self-employed, subject to agreement.
THE ROLE
* Oversee the delivery of construction projects from start to completion.
* Manage site managers and coordinate site teams.
* Monitor programmes, progress and project deadlines.
* Coordinate labour, subcontractors and logistics.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Experience as a Construction Project Manager or Senior Site Manager.
* Background in interiors, fit-out, dry lining, ceilings or joinery.
* Strong leadership and programme management skills.
* Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
SALARY & BENEFITS
* £70,000–£80,000 DOE.
