Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK leisure and entertainment business to recruit a Project Manager within their Product Implementation team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognised brand with a large multi-site estate, delivering a variety of refurbishment, installation, relocation and transformation projects across the UK. The role combines project delivery, stakeholder management and team leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. The role is responsible for managing gaming product installation and refurbishment projects across a national estate and leading a team of Project Technicians.

The Role:

Reporting into a senior leadership team, you will:

Deliver multiple projects across a UK-wide portfolio
Manage refurbishment, installation, relocation and rollout programmes
Lead and develop a team of 5 field-based Engineers / Project Technicians
Manage suppliers, contractors and key stakeholder relationships
Oversee project budgets and capital expenditure
Coordinate technical surveys, project documentation and compliance requirements
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

This is a predominantly field-based role, with travel across the UK required to support projects and operational teams. UK travel and overnight stays are expected as required by the business.

About You:

We're interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:

Strong project management experience in a multi-site environment
Previous line management experience
Experience leading field-based or operational teams
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Experience working with contractors and suppliers
Strong organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence

Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, gaming, data centre, telecoms, technology deployment or operational project environments would be particularly relevant.
