Role: Project Manager
Location: Northampton - (Hybrid working, 2-3 days on-site)
Duration: 6 Months
Day rate: £390 inside IR35
Essential skills and experience:
Knowledge of project management and governance methodologies, experience managing complex projects as well as leading and managing project teams
Ability to communicate with clarity and purpose both in written and verbal formats.
Confidence to present findings and recommendations to management for future state operating model
Consistent record/experience of successfully delivering large scale projects
Experience of working with business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Previous financial services experience
Strong communication skills across all levels
Ability at influencing and managing senior delivery partners
Relevant PM qualifications, e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Lean/Agile
