- Demonstrable track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in overseeing project budgets ranging from £50,000 to £200,000.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee 2-3 construction sites concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and construction teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct site inspections and provide reports on project progress and budget status.
- Manage all phases of the construction process, from planning to completion.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
