Job Title: Project Manager - Modular Construction
Location: London/National Projects
Salary: £(phone number removed) + Car Allowance
A modular construction specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the site delivery of a major volumetric modular development in London. The role will oversee installation, structural coordination and project handover, working closely with factory teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage delivery of a large-scale modular construction project from manufacture through to handover
Coordinate module production, transport and site installation programmes.
Oversee lifting operations, crane activities and installation sequencing.
Manage structural interfaces including embed plates, steel connections and welding works.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, CDM regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate inspections, defect management and final project handover.
Liaise with clients, consultants, logistics providers and site teams.
Experience Required:
Proven Project Management experience within modular or high rise construction
Experience delivering large-scale residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
Strong understanding of lifting operations, logistics and installation methodologies
Knowledge of structural steel connections, welding and temporary works
Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements
