* Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to have a real impact on business growth, process improvement and ensure projects work as efficiently as possible?
EMBS Engineering has been instructed to identify an ambitious, experienced project manager who is experienced in Manufacturing / Production Engineering within precision machining.
Our client is a forward-thinking, reputable market leader that is experiencing considerable growth at the moment, with even recent acquisitions occurring in the last 12 months.
They specialise in manufacturing through machining and fabrication processes, complex, interesting components for advanced manufacturing markets, including Aerospace and Power Generation.
Due to the company's expansion, they are looking to add to their already talented team and identify an ambitous Project Manager with a strategic mentality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading on projects that are key to operational development and process improvement
* Understanding, interpreting and actioning Risk assessment and Risk management
* Be the expert from a holistic project standpoint
* Deliver and exceed the company and project KPIs
What We’re Looking For?
We need someone who is an experienced Project Manager, understands the nuances of technical projects, and can drive forward with a composed yet enthusiastic mentality.
Must-Haves:
* Proven experience in Project Management in a machine shop/fabrication facility
* Good grounding and understanding of Aerospace standards
* Ability to influence and drive forward Project Management methodologies
Eligibility Requirements:
* You must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
* Able to commute to the South Birmingham / Redditch area
* Must be eligible to undergo UK Security Clearance (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
* Willing to complete a DBS check if required
