Description:
A leading main contractor that operate across Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Assisted Living sectors, Is actively looking for an Project Manager that boasts extensive experience in high rise RC Frame mixed use developments for a new development in Edinburgh city centre.
The ideal candidate will also come from a main contracting background and have a proven track record of being a project lead on schemes valued at £60-70m+. This contractor boasts a strong pipeline of work across the UK and have identified Scotland as an area of expansion for the coming years, with guaranteed work for five years.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility of day to day running of site
* Ensuring your sites are following program and in budget
* Ensure sure Health & Safety and Quality is excellent
* Liaising with Directors for weekly & monthly updates
* First point of contact for client and all external stakeholders
Project Manager Requirements:
* A proven track record of delivering large projects
* Main contracting/developer experience
* RC Frame experience essential
* Excellent man management skills
* Strong client liaison skills
