Bennett and Game are currently representing our client who is a multi-award-winning family company with over 50 team members across offices in Greater Manchester, Manchester City Centre, Liverpool, Swindon and Glasgow.
The Project Manager, will be instrumental in leading and overseeing the successful delivery of our public realm, residential, and town centre projects. The Project Manager will be working closely with the development team and Joint Venture partners. In Addition, the Project Manager will contribute to town centre master planning initiatives, shaping the vision and executing projects to achieve their client's objectives.
Project Manager - Position Overview
The successful Project Manager will be working with housing associations, local authorities and developers on a range of differing projects. Our client has a very strong and mixed pipeline for the Project Manager to drive into, ranging from public realm to residential developments, they are committed to delivering outstanding results for their clients and partners. Their projects range from £2m through to a typical value of £20m.
Project Manager - Position Requirements
Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering residential and non-residential development projects within a construction consultancy.
Knowledge of town centre master planning and the ability to manage residential, commercial, and Public Realm projects
Knowledge and experience of procuring consultants
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
