Location: Nottinghamshire (Office-Based with Site Visits)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance
About the Company
Our client is a growing and well-established construction and fit-out contractor, delivering a range of office refurbishment and fit-out projects across the region. With a turnover of approximately £10 million this year and a strong portfolio of repeat business, they have built lasting relationships through quality delivery and excellent client service.
Projects are typically small to medium-sized, within 1 hour of Nottingham.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a close-knit team You will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, overseeing schemes from inception through to completion.
This is a predominantly office and site-based role with no home working, covering projects generally located within one hour of Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple office fit-out and refurbishment projects concurrently.
Coordinate project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing repeat business.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
Conduct regular site visits and oversee project progress.
Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out sector.
Office fit-out experience is essential.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence.
