Project Manager
Northampton | Global Travel
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Travel Allowance
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a global engineering leader specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of modular process systems for the can-making industry.
This business combines cutting-edge technology with an advanced, tailored strategy to help clients optimise every aspect of their facilities — they don’t just make it happen, they make it better.
We’re now seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value international projects, working closely with senior leadership and key global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead full project lifecycle – from proposal through to delivery
* Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and progress
* Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and supplier coordination
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
* Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with scope, cost, and quality standards
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities
What You’ll Need:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* Proven background in canning production or can-making line projects
* 8+ years’ experience in technical or industrial project management
* Previous roles such as Project Engineer, Resident Construction Engineer, or Coordinator
* PMP Certification or Chartered Engineer status (preferred)
* Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and communication skills
* Confident managing budgets, resources, and global project delivery
