Description:

Proven experience in the civils sector, particularly in formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works.

- Experience working on renewables projects is highly desirable.

- Previous experience working for Tier 1 clients would be advantageous.

- Strong IT skills with the ability to use project management software effectively.

- Competent in producing 4-week look-ahead programmes.

- Ability to prepare temporary works design briefs for acceptance.

- Experience managing a risk register and understanding risk impacts.

- Capable of accurately recording delays and EWNs (Early Warning Notices) to support the commercial department.

- Strong resource management skills – able to plan and manage labour (men), plant, and materials on a daily basis, along with associated paperwork.

- Excellent ability to read and understand drawings and demonstrate strong foresight and problem-solving skills on site.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, proactive, and organised individual with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard in a civils environment
