Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in structural engineering to oversee the renovation and expansion of Oxford Train Station.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail sector.
Proven experience in managing structural engineering aspects of large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
