Description:
I am looking for a Project Manager for 4-6 months to work on the reinforced concrete package-£20 m approx on a new build manufacturing facility near Chester.
You will ideally have a Civil Engineering degree background (although not 100% necessary) and at least 5 years experience of the successful delivery of RC packages- ideally not standard apartments/commercial- these will be more complex civil/industrial structures.
My client is one of the UK's most recognised and respected specialists in their sector and they are winning projects right across the country at the moment- successful completion of this project could possibly lead to further work so they are keen to get someone experienced on board.
It is absolutely essential you have an RC frame subcontracting background.
The successful applicant will be strengthening the team in order to get a particularly busy and challenging few months across the line.
There is the potential of ongoing work but this isn't 100% guaranteed- my client, however, does have a record of trying to keep good people in the team where possible.
On offer is a daily rate of between £(Apply online only) which I feel is a competitive rate for the sector. There is also an immediate start available for the right candidate.
