Project Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Boltron - Hybrid 3 days in the office

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic HR transformation projects within a large, complex organisation. You will manage projects from initiation through to implementation, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver successful organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and digital projects.
Manage project plans, budgets, risks, timelines, and governance.
Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Support business readiness, change management, training, and adoption.
Manage third-party suppliers and ensure successful project handover.

Essential Experience:

Demonstrable experience delivering HR projects within a large organisation.
Experience leading HR transformation initiatives such as HRIS implementations, organisational design, or job architecture.
Strong project management skills with knowledge of structured methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working across HR, IT, and wider business functions.
Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
