Working hours: 38 hours per week (hybrid working and flexible to meet the demands of the role)
Salary: Competitive salary plus a 10% bonus
Position type: 18- 20 months FTC

We are on the hunt for a ‘Project Management Officer’ to come and join the sweet life of HARIBO in this BRAND- NEW position to support with HARIBO UK’s SAP implementation project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sugary seat as we embark on our SAP implementation journey.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities in line with our ‘One HARIBO’ SAP project for the UK market from initiation through to completion. It is critical the project is delivered on time, within budget and in line with HARIBO global standards.

To drive this, we are looking for someone who can deliver day-to-day project management in line with the project plan as well as play a critical part in supporting our UK SAP Project Lead (Vice President Supply Chain). You will also play an important role in keeping the wider SAP project team in line with the ‘One HARIBO’ standards and procedures whilst also maintaining core administrative focus.

- Establishing and enforcing project management best practice to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Ensuring the use of program standards and procedures
- Planning and managing quality assurance activities, including establishing and maintaining a project tracking system
- Serving as a central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the SAP implementation project
- Aligning and coordinating with the IT Project Manager and business Project Manager
- Assisting in managing communications with all stakeholders
- Assisting in managing discrepancies and interfaces of projects within the program
- Planning, scheduling, and leading meetings as well as writing protocols for SteerCo meetings
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables to ensure delivery
- Supporting in the context of onboarding activities, authorisation topics and documentation guidelines
- Manage travel arrangements as required, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, including booking suitable meeting rooms and venues as required

Can you supply our essential ingredients?

We are on the hunt for an individual who can demonstrate impressive project management skills as well as has proven experience in supporting large scale projects. Do you have a proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management? We are also looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and a natural leader, it is essential that you’re able to get stuck in and not be afraid to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.

Do you also have an understanding of SAP implementation methodologies? This ability would be hugely beneficial! We are also looking for an individual who is naturally organised and can work alongside a variety of stakeholders to ensure the project remains on track.

Is chance management something you’re passionate about? We are looking for someone who can support change management activities through the implementation of communication plans, training materials and adoption strategies.

From a system perspective, it is essential that you have experience in using project management software for example Microsoft Project and JIRA.
