Job Title: Project Management Assessor / Trainer
Location: Home/Field based - Candidates must be flexible with travel
Salary: up to £31,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience) + Benefits and expenses
Type: Full Time or Part Time - Permanent
Essentials Criteria:
Hold or willing to work towards an Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Must hold Project Management related qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or similar Project Management qualification
Must hold solid occupational competency in Project Management – min 3 years proven experience of managing projects.
Ideally have experience of Assessing Project Management AND/OR Management level 5 Apprenticeships
Ideally hold a Management qualification at Level 5.
Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills
Excellent communication skillsDuties:
Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship in Project Management Level 3 and 4 and Leadership & Management Levels 4 and 5.
Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.Please note:
