Project Maintenance Manager
Burnley
£60-65k DoE
This job title can mean different things depending on the sector. Our client is in the food industry, so they work at speed as their preparation lead times are short. The Project Maintenance Manager will get involved in the strategic running of the sites facilities and maintenance and will be involved in the logistics and machinery maintenance.

So, the Project Maintenance Manager is responsible for:
The annual facilities and maintenance plan
Developing a cap ex programme and the management of all projects
Managing the environmental compliance requirements of the site
Leading audits
Driving CI initiatives across the site
Reviewing and upgrading plant and machinery when required.
Control of the spares and maintenance contracts
Management of the facilities and maintenance teams.
Be a key player influencing cross functional teams.
In terms of the machinery element, there aren't multiple production lines involved in this role, it's more focussed around prepping and warehousing equipment.
What background do we need?
Similar FM experience or a background in engineering or maintenance. You may be in operations and been involved in managing facilities as an add on to your role.
Able to prioritise multiple tasks.
Down to earth in approach, willing to be out in the warehouse and with the teams to aid with problem resolution and driving improvements.
A positive and upbeat style encouraging motivation and moral to maintain and grow the current positive culture.
