Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Project Installations Manager to effectively manage and coordinate their warehouse projects across the UK. With a competitive package and scope for growth at a leading solutions provider, this is a great opportunity for a professional with experience within the Racking industry looking for a new opportunity.
Responsibilities
· Managing & overseeing installers/subcontractors onsite
· Creating & issuing RAMS and ensuring health and safety is well adhered to
· Reading AutoCAD to understand layout designs
· Ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish
· Being the representative for the company on site
· Liaising with the company Directors to ensure the client’s requirements are met
Requirements
It is essential for this role that you have experience within the Racking & Storage industry. It is crucial that you have worked on site, having managed subcontractors and overseen installation projects. Experience of ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to is also highly preferred. In terms of location, the company are open to applicants across the UK but have a preference for a Midlands based candidate. The successful candidate will be expected to attend all customer sites up and down the country, staying overnight when required.
