Apply now for the position of Project Engineering Manager and you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in the medical device manufacturing industry.

Manufacturing Process Software UpgradesYour Role:

You will lead, develop and supervise a team of Project Engineers and Validation Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
You will foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, functional heads, and project team members, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project engineering function, leveraging best practices, lessons learned, and feedback from past projects.
You will be instrumental in planning the site's Capital Expenditure requirements, working closely with the PMO department to ensure correct resources are in place to deliver on time and to budget.
You will form part of the Site’s Extended Leadership Team, accountable for ensuring the success of site operations.Your Expertise:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Related Engineering roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on medical devices or similar regulated industries preferrable.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, develop and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to maintenance planning and execution.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical device development and manufacturing, such as FDA regulations and ISO 13485.Our Benefits:
