The Role of Project Engineering Manager:
Manage and oversee engineering projects, specifically the build of bespoke filtration systems.
Work hands-on with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to achieve clients’ specifications.
Streamline production processes and ensure all projects meet water industry compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required-Project Engineering Manager:
Degree-level Engineer, ideally C.Eng, with a strong background in fluid and gas dynamics.
Experience in the wastewater industry and filtration systems.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate teams.
Hands-on experience with on-site installations and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
