On offer is a long-term opportunity to become a key member of the project delivery team, acting as the process lead for assigned projects and work packages, with the chance to develop new skills and gain extensive project delivery experience.
You will be joining a specialist process engineering company known for delivering end-to-end project solutions. Due to continued project demand, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team with an experienced Project Engineer.
On offer is a Project Engineer position where you will work as part of the project team on bespoke projects for a variety of clients, working from concept to completion on all aspects of project deliverables and gaining specialist training into this bespoke sector to ensure your continued development.
This role would suit a Project Engineer from FMCG looking to take a step up in responsibility, become the technical lead on projects and broaden your experience across the full project lifecycle.
The Role:
Process lead for assigned FMCG projects and work packages
Lead process design outputs: P&IDs, component schedules, design risk assessments
Coordinate internal disciplines, subcontractors and suppliers; run customer project reviews
Plan installation and lead commissioning, start-up and performance testing
Permanent role, 40 hours per week, based Yeovil with stay-away when required
The Person:
Proven project delivery experience within FMCG (food / beverage / dairy or similar)
Engineering qualification with strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling / staying away when required
