Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project coordination from initial concept to the final delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Commercial oversight, including estimating costs and managing accounts to maintain profitability.
- Innovative problem-solving to devise manufacturing solutions for composite parts.
- Development and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs), sales order processing, and delivery note provision.
- Clear communication of project requirements with customers and the creation of detailed Engineering Management plans.
- Direct involvement in procurement and ensuring the availability of materials for production.
- Collaboration with the quality team to uphold best practices and continuous improvement.
- Management of component manufacture, liaising with both in-house production teams and external suppliers.
- Assistance with the operation and maintenance of specialised equipment.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a project management role, preferably within the composites sector.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX or Solidworks is highly advantageous.
- A background in Composite and GRP materials and manufacturing processes.
