The Project Engineer, for Water Treatment Plant - WTP, job itself where you will be responsible for overseeing all projects for factory system builds and onsite installations.  More specifically:

Assisting the sales team in the quotation stage to establish project criteria

Liaising with clients and completing a variety of documentation in line with customer requirements

Working with the Design Engineer to assist as required with the production of design drawings and 3D Images using the Solidworks Software

Approving Build of Materials Lists and forwarding to Warehouse for picking.

Working with the projects co-ordinator to plan work

Working with the Administration Teams as required

Instructing Engineering team as required

Assisting with the instruction of Installations – working with Installation team

Project management duties to include preparing, monitoring the engineering projects to ensure that projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget

Developing System Risk Assessments and System Manuals

Core Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 / Friday: 08:00 - 15:00

You will have

To be successful as Project Engineer - WTP, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

Engineering Project Management skills, ideally within the water industry

Experience with SolidWorks package in an Engineering based capacity

Knowledge of Water Purification and or plastic (ABS) pipe work up to 5" systems beneficial

Managing multiple projects at once (ranging from £10k-£500k)

Excellent written and oral skills are essential along with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

You will have a strong customer service/quality focus, with good numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

A flexible approach to work the ability to adapt to change whilst managing time, commitments and meeting deadlines
