J3A Recruitment are over the moon to be working with an absolute leader in the mechanical field of the water industry. Maybe only an SME, but make some serious noises out there due to their experience in this field.
Due to recent wins, they’re now looking to find their next batch of Project Engineers to seriously drive various projects to where they need to be.
You will be supporting the Project Management function and have responsibility seeing projects from cradle to grave.

As a Project Engineer, you will;
* Carry out initial scoping of works with client on site
* Provide technical support and knowledge for any refurbishment, replacement or repair of equipment
* Involved in pre-construction plans
* Stay up to speed on all H&S documentation for each job
* Liaise with internal design teams to keep within contract requirements
* Arrange and attend site meetings to discuss any project requirements
* Have responsibility for site supervision, installation & commissioning activities
Requirements for the Project Engineer
* Previous experience as a Project Engineer or similar (Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Senior Engineer)
* NVQ Level 3 as a Minimum or HND / HNC in Engineering. Ideally Mechanical/Fabrication
* SMSTS
* Relevant CSCS card
* Experience in the water industry isn’t essential but would be great to have
