You will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing capital projects that directly support growth, productivity, and world‑class operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As Project Manager, you will support the full lifecycle of capital project delivery - from feasibility and design through to execution and handover. You will be accountable for ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the execution of capital projects using established project management and engineering standards.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions that optimise resources and enhance manufacturing capability.

Contributing to the rollout of state‑of‑the‑art processes, equipment strategies, and best practices across the site.

Managing project documentation, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring all governance requirements are met.

You'll be someone who thrives in a fast‑paced technical environment and enjoys driving engineering excellence. You will bring:

Project management expertise within engineering, manufacturing, or FMCG.

Strong ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.

Experience managing capital projects from concept to completion.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Proven track record of delivering capital projects and working within structured project teams.
