Are you an experienced Project Director with a background in Active Fire looking to join one of the UK's fastest-growing life safety businesses?
We're looking for a proven leader to take ownership of a growing project delivery division, leading high-value Active Fire projects across the UK while driving operational excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction.

The Role
As Project Director, you'll be responsible for:

Leading the delivery of multiple Active Fire projects across the UK
*
Managing and developing a team of Project Managers and delivery professionals
*
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards
*
Building and maintaining key client relationships
*
Driving commercial performance across the project portfolio
*
Supporting business growth and operational improvements
*
Working closely with senior leadership to shape delivery strategy
*
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice
What We're Looking For
*
Proven leadership experience within the Active Fire industry
*
Strong background delivering Fire Alarm projects
*
Experience managing multiple Project Managers and large project portfolios
*
Commercial awareness with responsibility for project performance
*
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent
*
Willingness to travel across the UK when required
