Fantastic Project Director opportunity for thriving Tier 2 Main Contractor. This Tier 2 Main Contractor focuses on the Residential / Student Accommodation Sector – and with a solid pipeline of new projects, there is plenty of ongoing work. The businesses is promoting 3 current Project Directors to the Construction/Operations Director level, freeing up 3 PD positions.
Each PD will have 2-3 projects to look after, typically within the £30-£60M range. The businesses has a strong work culture and brilliant staff retention. Furthermore there is a lucrative 25% bonus on top of the salary.
