Build Space are currently on the hunt for a Project Director working for one of our top clients.
The purpose of this role will be to deliver a quality service and product to our clients. Complying with the work culture, systems and procedures.
Key accountabilities:
- You will be involved in the winning of the work.
- Effective resourcing of employees on sites ensuring you are within cost budget and correct headcount.
- Project Set-up and Close-out
- Make sure you adhere to all Health and Safety regulations.
- Take an active part in the monthly divisional project reporting process ensuring all relevant information is presented.
- Effective risk management and people management
Skills & Experience:
- Experience on delivering several large Fit Out Projects.
- Experience in all forms of contracts
- Ability to multi task
- Build relationships with clients/consultants and suppliers
- Enthusiastic and commitment to personal and divisional success.
