Calibre Search are delighted to be working closely with one of Manchester most ambitious and driven Commercial & Residential Developers now looking to recruit a Project Director to join them in Manchester.
This will be a very strategic hire for them as you will be leading in their strategic business plans as well as have a huge influence on the in-house projects team, helping delegate and manage the team as well as leading on some of the North Wests landmark masterplan development schemes.
They have various projects on the go which you will be overseeing which involves a huge development around a leading and unique innovation centre which will be leading facility on Robotics and R&D across technology which has its own challenges when looking the acoustics and general structure.
As well as this, they have multiple town regeneration projects on the go which you will be working from design/planning, all the way through to completion which are going to have a huge positive change to the local areas.
Naturally, given this level of position, they are eager to speak with Project Professional with relevant construction knowledge ideally with a similar Property Developer or perhaps someone at a Consultancy who has operated a Director level who feels ready for that next step into going client side.
The key thing for them is finding that right person with the right mindset in being in high pressure situations and not afraid to make key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
