Description:
Booth Welsh are working directly with a valued client within the Ayrshire region that require a Project Director.
We are looking for a resource with a strong commercial/technical background in this area as key activities will include:
Checking and challenging assumptions used under both proposals to ensure they are like for like comparisons (Technology & Commercial workshops)
Understanding underlying operating costs
Understanding financial costs for the original capital investment from the company
Considering how these costs would develop over the course of the contract
Understanding different cost options in the model and optimising what we require (i.e. inclusive of replacement of assets, or as separate cost etc)
Sensitivity analysis
Developing proposed commercial agreement(s)
