Do you have a proven track record of delivering major industrial and cold storage developments within a Tier 1 main contractor environment?
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of complex, high-value programmes from pre-construction through to commissioning and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership for the planning and delivery of the cold store programme.
* Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
* Develop and maintain programme schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies.
* Ensure robust governance, reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive programme performance, identifying opportunities to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and safety.
* Manage commercial performance, change control, procurement, and contract administration.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
* Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project activities.
* Resolve complex technical and commercial challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership and project sponsors.
About You
You are an accomplished project leader with a proven track record of delivering major construction or infrastructure programmes in demanding environments.
You will have:
* Extensive experience as a Project Director or Programme Director delivering large-scale capital projects.
* Experience delivering cold storage, industrial, logistics, food manufacturing, warehouse, or similarly complex facilities.
* Strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Strong programme planning and risk management capabilities.
* Experience managing projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
* A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional accreditation (APM, PMP, RICS, MCIOB, CEng, or equivalent) is desirable.
