Salary: £130,000 – £170,000 depending on experience
Employment: Permanent | 5 days on site
We are recruiting an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development in Hertfordshire.
This is a senior, client-side position on a substantial, technically complex project, with an immediate focus on enabling works before progressing through construction, commissioning and handover.
The Role
Lead and oversee the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project.
Take responsibility for the enabling works and pre-construction stages.
Manage principal contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
Oversee programme, cost, quality, risk and project delivery.
Provide senior-level leadership and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Director, Programme Director or Construction Director.
Track record of delivering major construction projects in excess of £200m.
Strong, demonstrable experience managing enabling works packages.
Ideally, experience delivering hyperscale data centres or other large, technically complex developments.
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing major contractors and project stakeholders.
Willingness to be based on site in Hertfordshire five days per week.PackageSalary circa £150,000, with flexibility between £130,000 and £170,000 depending on experience and track record.
