What you'll be doing

As a Project Development Manager you will have the following accountabilities:

Responsible for managing the community stakeholder manager & landowner interface engineer.

Responsible for applications and permissions for development of activities on the project.

Coordinates a standard and consistent approach to the delivery of projects on time, to cost and quality.

Supports improvements in project management processes, project reporting and set up assistance during; initiation, planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning and handover/close out.

Provides general support to the project management team.

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisation

Good interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed at all levels across the business and be able to negotiate and influence

Able to undertake work in high pressure situations with a flexible attitude

A record of a solutions-based approach to problem solving

Experience of working with numerous landowners at one time.

Organised and able to manage a busy workload.

Excellent communication skills and credibility with farmers, landowners and clients.

Attention to detail.

Up to date IT skills.
