Are you an organised Project Coordinator with experience supporting electrical, solar or renewable energy installations?

We're working with a growing renewable energy business looking to appoint a Project Coordinator - Electrical Installations to help manage the successful delivery of domestic Solar PV and battery storage projects. This is a fast-paced role where you'll become the central point of contact between customers, installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and on schedule.

The Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple live installations from planning through to completion, ensuring all technical, operational and compliance requirements are in place before work begins.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Planning and coordinating domestic Solar PV and battery installation programmes

✅ Scheduling installation teams and subcontractors

✅ Managing customer communication and installation readiness

✅ Ensuring materials, documentation and access arrangements are in place

✅ Supporting electricians and installers with technical queries

✅ Managing G98 and G99 DNO applications

✅ Reviewing electrical certification and installation documentation

✅ Supporting MCS and NICEIC compliance requirements

✅ Monitoring project progress, remedial works and installation performance

✅ Resolving operational issues to minimise delays and aborted visits

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment and enjoys balancing project coordination with technical problem solving.

You'll ideally have:

* Experience within Solar PV, Renewables, Electrical Installations, Heating or a similar installation-led sector

* Experience coordinating multiple projects, engineers or installation teams

* Strong understanding of domestic electrical installations

* Knowledge of DNO processes including G98 and G99 applications

* Experience supporting MCS and/or NICEIC compliance

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Experience using scheduling, CRM or project management systems

Desirable

* Solar PV and battery storage experience

* 18th Edition qualification

* Electrical installation qualifications

* Inspection & Testing qualifications

* Knowledge of EV charging installations

* Experience within an MCS-certified or NICEIC-approved contractor
