Maintain document repositories and version control, ensuring project records, decisions and approvals are accessible and auditable.
Coordinate inputs from business, cyber, technology, operational, procurement and supplier stakeholders.
Support financial and resource administration, including raising and tracking purchase orders, maintaining forecasts, processing timesheets, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities where applicable.
Assist with change control, scope tracking, benefits monitoring and readiness activities.
Promote consistent use of agreed delivery standards, templates, tools and governance processes across the programme.Essential Skills & Experience

Experience supporting projects or programmes in a complex technology, cyber security, telecommunications or regulated environment.
