Telent have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Network Services Project Management team. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the view to become full time permanent and further enhance the role. With the role reporting directly into the Programme Manager, you will mainly work remotely / work from home, with the odd occasional visit to the Warwick Headquarters (CV34 5AH) or our Bristol location for collaborative working, so you must be able to drive. This is an opportunity to work on one of the BIGGEST Network Deployment in the Further Education (FE) sector outside of North America, which is heavily influenced by new, cutting-edge Juniper technologies.

The role of Project Coordinator will support the Project Management teams in the successful delivery of assigned project work. This is a "task driven" role, that will see you Coordinate a project with additional office duties, including Project Governance, Project Documentation, Documentation Control, Updating / Inputting data into MS Excel / MS Projects tools, Communicating with the wider PM team and Engineering teams, RAID (risk and issues) logging, Asset Tracking, Purchasing Requisitions, Resource Coordination (Engineers from other areas of the business), and to allow the Project Managers to concentrate on their day to days whilst supporting them with the delivery of the Juniper Deployment Programme.

Project Coordinator - What you'll do:

Office & customer site-based work as required to ensure management of assigned daily activities to ensure compliance with project delivery requirements for quality, safety and environmental standards, plus Telent and client QEHS procedures
Follow agreed governance, monitoring and reporting processes
Assisting in reporting project performance (KPIs), highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project life cycle
Assist with the effective planning/scheduling & coordination of the project workstreams in collaboration with other workstream Managers and in line with the Programme Plan
Assists in using prescribed guidelines or policies to analyse and resolve problems
Best use of internal or external business processes to improve products or service delivery
Support and assist continuous improvement initiatives
Support and assist with the Business/Technical Change processes
Working with the relevant internal business teams (i.e., Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, and Health & Safety) and external suppliers, to enable the efficient management of their areas of responsibility
Coordinating site specific activities to support the installation and commissioning of specified products and/or services including booking staff in/out of sites.
May be required to assist with the correct implementation and communication of the Client, and Telent QEHS procedures, which includes Telent staff and sub-contractors assigned to the project.
Day to day support to the project team to achieve project milestones.
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project support documentation, including Bill of Materials lists and site team logs
Support and assist the Project Manager with updates to the Project Plan
May be required to assist in scheduling staff to specified project activities
Provide input to support financial performance reporting
Support and assist the Project Team with material orders
Organising and maintaining the storage and retrieval of all documents, data and artefacts related to their areas of responsibility.
Will support with the site handover documentation and processes
Collating and circulating meeting documents in advance of meetings, setting up the Visual Management Boards and capturing minutes during meetings.
May support the collation of information for the monthly contract review
Support the team in updating project databases and records Project Coordinator - Who you are:

A proven Project Coordinator who supports the delivery of a Project / Programme
A task-driven individual who is organised and able to prioritise their task / day
A strong communicator who is confident to pick up the phone / answer the phone
Able to coordinate resources (Engineers) and schedule them on various tasks / site / site access
Strong with data capturing / data inputting / tracking of data (eg. MS Excel / MS Projects)
Experience in RAID logging / logging Risk and Issues and leading discussions around RAID
Previous / current experience within the Education / Further Education sector (or similar) is desirableProject Coordinator - Key requirements:

Higher National Certificate (HNC) / Project Management training or equivalent experience
Competent user of Microsoft office packages (MS Excel, MS Projects)
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy around Data
Awareness of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment regulations
Awareness of Document Management Systems
Institution of Occupation Safety and Health (IOSH) - Desirable but not essentialTelent - What we offer:
