Description:
My client is Lighting Design consultancy with a difference. Based in Poole, the company are backed by a huge national wholesaler and specialise in providing high-end and bespoke solutions for both the commercial and residential sectors. They have completed projects for a range of customers including City Point in London, Battersea Power Station, Royal Russell Private School and Emirates Stadium as well as a wide range of bespoke residential projects for the rich and famous.
In order to facilitate their plans for 2024 they are now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team to ensure that all communications and operations run smoothly. You will ideally come from a manufacturing or wholesaling background, although other applications will be considered if you have the required transferrable skills.
You will be the beating heart of the business and will play a fundamental role in its success. You will have a natural passion for organisation and be a vital lynchpin between the company, its suppliers, the contractors they work in tandem with, as well as other parties.
Other duties will include:
* Updating all parties on project progress and other logistical information.
* Managing the existing CRM system and ensuring all information is up-to-date at all times.
* Logging projects raised.
* Putting together all project packs, including quotations, spec books and designs.
