R13 Recruitment are partnering with an Events Agency in their search for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment available on a 3-month basis. The focus of this role will be to provide support on a range of events, handling tasks from venue booking through to organising schedules and handling equipment ensuring events run smoothly.
You will be working 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday in the office. The offered salary for this opportunity is £12.30 per hour.
The day to day
* Researching appropriate venues for events and managing bookings.
* Ensuring event stock and equipment is organised and prepared.
* Managing the schedule for events, ensuring timing is accurate and well-communicated.
* Assisting with event logistics including loading equipment, creating load likes and location set up.
* Amending orders, generating loading sheets and accurately documenting instructions.
* Checking and approving graphic designs & visual elements.
You will have/be
* Previous administration/customer service skills.
* Events experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well, organised with excellent time management skills.
